Kitty Chalets:
- Full height spacious single, double and family chalets with separate private sleeping and exercise areas;
- Shelving provides different levels for your cat(s) to sit and sleep on;
- Comfortable window beds and blankets provided;
- Fully insulated with thermostatically controlled sleeping quarters to ensure a minimum temperature of 18 degrees minimum is maintained throughout the year and 
- Additional enrichment provided.

Kitty Care:
- 1:20 ratio maintained;
- The owners both have distinctions in 'Feline First Aid' [Level 3];
- Sarah has also undergone practical First Aid training [Level 2];
- Sarah holds an Advanced Feline Behaviour diploma [Distinction] and is working as a behaviourist [this is of great benefit in the cattery];
- Rupert holds an Animal Law, Welfare and Ethics diploma [Distinction]; 
- Qualified above the statutory requirement for catteries  in England; 
- Medication provided as standard; 
- Daily strokes, cuddles and regular grooming; 
- Fire alarms and baby monitors are connected in each wing to assure your cat's safe keeping; 
- Daily checklists completed so we can quickly spots issues if they arise;
- Prompt veterinary care is sought if required - wherever possible we will use your own vet if preferred but reserve the right to use our usual vet, Swanspool [Gold Award Winner of the bestUKvets 2019] who provide 24-hour care and
- Fully insured.

Kitty Cleaning:
- Daily spot cleaning;
- Open litter trays to prevent the concentration of build up of smells that can discourage litter tray use with litter changed at least once daily and 
- Chalets and all their contents thoroughly cleaned with cat friendly disinfectant in-between guests to prevent the spread of infection.

Kitty Cuisine:
We carry a wide-range of well-known wet and dry food and routinely feed twice a day. Kittens and senior kittizens are fed more often as required.
- We stock the following wet foods: Felix, Felix AGAIL, Whiskas, Purina, Sheba and Gourmet Perle.
- We stock the following dry foods: Iams, Purina, Whiskas, Go Cat and a limited range of Hills Science Plan and Royal Canin dry foods. 
- We also offer special kitty treat meals for your treasured feline friend from poached chicken or salmon to cheese cubes and pawsecco. See The Tasty Morsels Menu for the full range. 
- Please note that prescription diets must be provided by the owner.
